How do I get my food orders?
Food Orders can be placed through the website, or via phone. Orders will be delivered to your home on scheduled delivery days of your choice.
When can I schedule food deliveries?
You may want to order food on different days, or have weekly schedule deliveries made to your home on same day every week. Which ever you select, deliveries must be scheduled either on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday of that week
When are meals made?
Meals are cooked homemade style, with love, fresh in time for delivery. Food stay fresh in sealed packaging. Unopened orders can be stored in fridge or freezer for a later time.
I have a food allergy, should I order from Acts of Service?
We take great care to ensure that all our food is prepared safely. Please insert any food allergy’s you may have in comment box during the check-out process. Please note food orders are not Gluten free. We recommend you do not order from Acts of Service, if you have serious food allergies.
How do I make payments for my food orders?
Food orders can be paid online, on website at check-out or through E-transfer that can be sent to email email@example.com No cash payments made during COVID 19.
What kind of food does Acts of Service make?
Acts of Service food options are home-cooked, infused with spices and seasoning made to inspire flavors and a delicious taste.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Airdrie community. If we are not available in your area yet, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if special arrangements can be made to deliver in your area, if possible.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If you aren’t home, our delivery person will leave the package for you at your door or your lobby depending on your building’s rules.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, our payment processing is managed by Stripe, one of the largest online payment processors. All credit card information is stored on their encrypted servers, which are compliant with strict security regulations. Stripe manages billions of dollars in online payments annually, and is our partner of choice to ensure the security of your payment information.
What precautionary measures are you taking regarding COVID-19?
Acts of Service provides home-cooked foods. It is not serviced or managed by a large staff or in factory setting. Special time and care is given to each meal order.
Food cooked through Acts of Service are securely sealed in sanitized packaging, handled with safe cooking practices.
No cash payments will be exchanged during COVID 19.

Place Your Order Online
Place your order quickly and easily online, through our online ordering system. We will send you a confirmation that your order has been received and set-up a time with you to deliver your food. We accept all major credit cards as well as debit and e-transfer.
We Deliver To Your Home
We are based in Airdrie and deliver in all areas of the city. If you are an out of town customer (Calgary, Cochrane, Chestermere), a delivery fee will apply based on distance.
